I am dedicated and qualified teacher who is passionate about learner centered teaching approach. I take pride in providing differentiated lessons that ensure that all my learners are included and helped progress on their own levels in my class. I thrive in creating a positive learning environment that helps my learners stay motivated and build their confidence throughout their learning progress. I enjoy teaching English & Literature and Global Perspectives. What I enjoy most about teaching is that intersection where language meets thinking. With a background in English and Literature, I love guiding my learners to find meaning in a text, not just what the author says but also why. In Global Perspectives, I get to extend that skill. We debate, we question evidence, and we connect a local issue to a global one. I enjoy teaching learners how to reason well, argue respectfully and write clearly the skills they need far beyond examination.
