I believe every learner deserves a place to shine, redefine themselves, discover their potential, and thrive in what they love. As both an educator and a leader, I work closely with our team of teachers to create a learning environment where every learner receives the individual attention, encouragement, and support they need to grow. At Spark Virtual Academy, I manage and support a diverse team of educators, ensuring that our teachers uphold the standards, values, and professional practices that define our Academy. I believe that meaningful progress often begins with small steps which includes: a learner gaining confidence in a difficult subject, discovering a new interest, or simply feeling seen, heard, and supported. These small moments can grow into the confidence and independence that enable learners to thrive. As a leader, I also serve as a role model to our teaching team, promoting professionalism, learner privacy, safeguarding, academic excellence, and a strong commitment to each learner's individual needs. I work alongside teachers to ensure they have the guidance and support necessary to deliver engaging, personalized learning both in the classroom and through the extracurricular activities we organize throughout the term. My goal is to help build a team of educators who do more than teach lessons; educators who understand their learners, inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and make a meaningful difference in their educational journey.
